He since quit, but CBSK Financial, dba American Home Loans, is liable for the junk faxes. Central Pacific Mortgage aka Olympic Home Loans Junk faxers of the most despicable kind: They disguised the mortgage junk fax as newspaper article hyping a "report" about savings for homeowners with a fax note to another person so that it looks like a fax received in error. They obtained my unlisted phone number when I ordered the report by calling their toll-free number. *Then Michael Williams called to trick* me into applying for a mortgage by requesting my personal info for the "report." The CEO and President of this outfit is John A. Courson and he was recently appointed to Chairman of the Board of Directors of the California Housing Finance Agency by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Bridge Capital Corp - mortgage junk faxer Filed small claims suit 8/29/05 I was transferred to a "branch" of Bridge Capital when I called the number on the junk fax. On 9/16/05, Bridge Capital answered: "We do not feel that Bridge Capital Corp. is responsible for Ms. Baker's loss. We are currently looking into this matter for further clarification. Thank you. First Magnus dba Great SouthWest Mortgage Bought leads, KNEW that faxes would be sent out and when I offered to NOT sue them in exchange for the contract with the lead generator, Justin hung up on me and blocked my phone number. As always, the call was legally recorded. I filed the small claims complaint and First Magnus denied liability and didn't offer to settle during mediation. I moved the case to the civil division so I could send my discovery requests.
