Fight Back!!! > ConsumerInfo.com (Experian) and PrivacyGuard (Trilegiant) > ConsumerInfo.com (PrivacyGuard) Trans Union

This is part of my federal suit and I have been trying to figure out what's going on.

The PrivacyGuard trimerged reports provided by ConsumerInfo.com (CIC) show that Trans Union reports many accounts as "unrated." Subsequently, scores are lowered because the accounts are NOT positive.

So CIC claims that they report exactly what Trans Union provides. Trans Union claims that CIC is altering their data.

Despite my motions and inquiries, it didn't get fixed. My TU reports show most accounts correctly as "paid as agreed", ConsumerInfo.com reports "unrated."

Here is the message Lisa at TU left for me on 8/8/03, insisting that there was a problem on CIC's side. Lisa says "ConsumerInformation", close enough:

NOBODY CARES that the consumer disclosures are screwed up and we PAY for this CRAP.
