Lexington Law Firm California attorney Adam Fullman states in his 11/29/06 letter:
“You will note that the correspondence is drafted in the vernacular, and may not read as a letter one would typically expect from a law firm. This style has been carefully selected and we believe it to be the most effective style for obtaining results.” Lexington Law Firm California attorney Adam C. Fullman is not just an idiot, no attorney could be so stupid. Attorney Fullman ought to serve a few years in prison for fraud and misrepresentation. Many thousands of unsuspecting consumers have been deceived and had their credit scores permanently lowered by Lexington and its lying attorneys. The Fullman letter and a various dispute letters to credit bureaus and collectors:

Most people with bad credit don't have the money to sue lawyers and even if they do, it's very hard to find an attorney who will sue another lawyer. So, do what YOU can do, get the word out: Lexington is a SCAM. And lastly, I am NOT aware of any other credit repair law firm with the slightest clue about credit and scores. They are licensed by the Bar associations to defraud people with bad credit. The FTC does NOTHING because they are on a mission to redistribute assets from the already struggling working people to the wealthy corporate share holders and specifically the bankers.
