Reynaldos -- RYNL fka Twister Networks -- TWTN 3/5/05: VOIP turned enchilada: Twister Networks becomes Reynaldos Mexican Food Company, Inc. TWTN officers Steven Dao and Bruce Thomsen resigned and Joseph Garcia and his son are now in charge. This started with 2 junk faxes I received for TWTN in summer 2004. TWTN trading stopped in early March 05 when they changed the symbol to RYNL after investors had been bilked out of many millions. The SEC is suing some of the people involved with the TWTN promotions, but apparently Thomsen and Dao have not yet been named for their fraudulent activities. 1/7/05: CEO Bruce Thomsen, who is also listed as registered agent for TWTN, refused service. 5/9/05: Default judgment in PA for $6,628.50 - $3,000 should go to me. 3/4/05: 1 for 40 split symbol change to RYNL 3/29/05: I received anonymous threatening phone calls about my Twister Networks postings from Joseph Garcia, COO Reynaldos. Absolute Health & Fitness - AHFI AKA Beyond Fitness? Fat chance. AHFI owned NOTHING. Not a single fitness center. It was a scam and one of the few scams that got the attention of the SEC (probably ONLY because Steve Kirsch did all the work for them.)
