Dana Capital Group Denied having any relationship with "Mortgage Center" after reviewing the junk fax, yet they were listed as lender on my Experian credit report after I applied with "Mortgage Center." Amanda Smith lost ALL interest in investigating the junk faxes after I provided her with the inquiry on the report. My request to terminate Dana Capital's mortgage credit reporting account with reseller NCO and the CRAs were ignored. Is Ms. Smith the most ignorant "legal department coordinate" ever? Or does she get paid to cover up the Dana Capital Group misconduct and unlawful activities? How is Amanda Smith related to owner Dana Smith? Pacific West Mortgage - Chino, Cal. This is the outfit operating "Mortgage Center" -- the unlicensed junk faxers who ran my Experian credit as DANA CAPITAL. Mortgage Center originally was in Phoenix, then moved in with Pacific West in Chino Valley. The Pacific West DRE broker of record is Antonio Veluz Nanadiego. He claimed to have told them to "stop the faxing." NCO Financial Systems Rather than terminating the Dana Capital Group credit reporting account in response to my fully documented request, NCO started to COLLECT a FICTITIOUS DEBT! They demanded my SSN and will get the summons.
