5/7/04: Beatrice, Ameriquest called and left a long VM.

From my complaint:

"105. On May 4, 2004, plaintiff sent an e-mail to Beatrice, inquiring about this strange call and why she received some disclosures, but no credit reports.

106. On May 7, 2004, Beatrice returned plaintiff’s call and she left a long VM explaining that she had not been at work due to her father’s hear attack and that she could not “put together the best purchase program” and therefore provided plaintiff’s phone number to Jonathan."

If you listened to Beatrice, you know she's a very nice person, trained for sales. She apologized, didn't manage her time wisely, apologized again, and again, and you can probably understand why I applied for the loan with her despite the spam.

This VM also documents that Beatrice knew that I was applying for a purchase, NOT a refi, and all the disclosures incorrectly listed my mailing address as the subject property address.

Beatrice knew that I was self-employed and she promised to mail me the credit reports with the scores.

I never received an e-mail from her and this VM was my last contact with Beatrice.
