I just received this 5/2002 judgment against the Hand brothers in Texas federal court. The suit was filed in 2000.

According to my source, Learned Jeremiah Hand and Jehu Hand got several people to invest in "Las Vegas Airlines" in 1998. The stock went to $9-10, but the Hands would not release their shares when those investors wanted to sell.

As you all know, there is no "Las Vegas Airlines" and of course the investors lost everything.
