On 7/14/04 and 7/23/04 I received 2 almost identical junk faxes with a "STRONG BUY" recommendation.

"Weather ...

Temperatures are rising and so is Twister Networks -- get it while it's HOT!

Money ...
Expect TWTN share price to increase - significantly!

Sport ...
The Running of the Bulls -- led by TWTN!"

From http://www.otcbb.com/

In early July the shares were trading at OVER 50 cents! After the faxes were sent out, TWTN headed steadily South and is currently trading around .$.09

According to the press release at http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/041006/65828_1.html:

"IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 6, 2004--Twister Networks Inc. (Pink Sheets:TWTN - News) today announced that it has reached its first kiosk retailer as a distribution channel for its Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) calling solutions. ..."

I requested settlement of the TCPA violations on 10/18/04. The next day I was contacted and assured that they will "look into it" and Steven Dao left a VM for me, sincerely apologizing. Janine (investor relations?) assured me that they would settle the matter. Last Friday my deadline expired without another word from TWTN.

Why do I believe that they are lying?

They did NOT request a copy of the faxes and claimed to never have received a complaint!

I will get the summons next time I get to town and I don't care if I never see a penny. I'd like to get the (default) judgment and publicize their despicable conduct to inflict maximum damages on the officers. The company is probably out of business soon, but the people will probably be around for a while.

Crooks will always be crooks, they'll start new companies and keep on scamming.

Hopefully the credit bureaus will pick up the judgments and decorate their credit reports for 7 years.

Most important, I want potential investors to be aware of who they're dealing with BEFORE they lose their investment.

More and more people do a Google name search, as you can see at Nick Reale's page: http://www.bayhouse.com/moron.shtml

Why doesn't the SEC immediately suspend these junk faxers with their illegal promotions?

I've seen a lot of complaints about these penny stock junk faxes, but nothing about official complaints with OTCBB, Pinksheets or the SEC.

I've been so busy with web work, it took me a while to get back to this. And I also wanted to give TWTN the opportunity to respond to my offer to work with them.

On 10/25/04, Michael Spadaccini, the corporate attorney for Twister Networks sent me a mean fax.

Apparently, Spadaccini is not very bright - how could he think that I'm an attorney and that I represent a client?

Since he so adamantly denied any involvement by the TWTN officers and employees, I decided to call his bluff on 10/27/04:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"I am not an attorney, don't have a client and I don't know anything about security laws and very little about the TCPA.

Since you are certain that neither Twister Networks nor its officers and employees are involved with the junk faxes and you seem to be quite familiar with the TCPA, I suggest that we join forces and you represent me and Twister Networks.

I suppose you already have access to the shareholder records and it shouldn't take more than a few minutes to determine who had enough shares to warrant a $50,000 expense for the junk faxes and was selling. Looking at the charts, it certainly looks like that person knew of the impending 90%+ decline in value in July when the faxes were sent.

Anyway, I get my $3,000 for the willful TCPA violations, Twister Network finds out who sent the junk faxes tarnishing its reputation due to my and others' posting of the faxes and complaints on the web and you get to collect the attorneys fees from the junk faxer.

I'm sure you and Twister Networks will agree that this is the solution to all our problems."

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

First I e-mailed, then I faxed - got NO reply!

So, Spadaccini lied. Most likely one or more of the officers sent out the junk faxes and Spadaccini KNOWS it.

On Thursday I'll finally get to town again and I'll have the summons issued. With several of these OTCBB stock touting faxes every week, it's certainly worth my while to also submit my complaint to the SEC. I'm so tired of this crap!

Martha Stewart is serving 5 months for causing NO damages to anyone, the people who engage in these illegal stock touts and insider trading ought to be put away a lot longer.

The chart says it all. Today TWTN closed at a 52 week low of 8 cents. That's after trading at over $1.50 in early summer.

This is going to make a very interesting press release.

Writing those releases is a lot of work, but nothing motivates me more than being lied to. I am sure that Dao lied to me when he claimed to know nothing about the junk faxes. Press releases always result in readers contacting me about similar problems with the subject company or person, most likely I'll be able to prove that he lied. I only need one person to give me an affidavit regarding communications with Dao about junk faxes prior to my first contact.

It also looks to me like Spadaccini has been defending junk fax suits, possibly for TWTN.

I'm looking forward to discovery.

TWTN is tied into the illegal promotions by Heysek & crooks. I don't know how to locate/serve Heysek. The Twister Networks presidents Bruce Thomsen and Steven Dao participated in Heysek interview.

Unlike Hartley Lord, president CNDD, Dao and Thomsen can't claim that they didn't know about the illegal promotions.

OBVIOUSLY, they're in on the scam and ordered the promos. That's unless they want to claim that they were drugged or somehow forced to do the interviews and their memory was erased and they never noticed the links to the promos at the TWTN website.

Bruce Thomsen, who is also the registered agent for TWTN, refused my mailing (restricted delivery) of the complaint and summons on 1/7/05.

My second mailing, addressed to him as registered agent, was signed by a different person. The post-office is so screwed up, at $8.61 per mailing, why can't they get it right?

Anyway, obviously Thomsen knows he's in trouble.

I think I'll ask the judge for an exception to the rules for serving these scumbags (AZ code mentions that possibility), I'll hire a process server, or I'll refile in Cal. Plaintiffs gets up to $3,000 per fax in small claims court.

Or I serve the NV corporation, it looks lile they have a "real" registered agent there.

Or I can wait to see what happens with a class action by people with a lot more money to track the crooks down or maybe I can become a co-plaintiff in another action.

See http://pennystock-fraud.info/news.php/stoc...e_legal_action/

The possibilities are endless. I'll definitely complain with the Cal. Secretary of State about Thomsen's refusal of the mailing - maybe I can get their Cal. corporation revoked until they get a registered agent who'll accept service.

I haven't filed a complaint with the SEC yet, it all takes so much time. But Thomsen is motivating me.

I've been too busy to work on TWTN - just looked at the charts and there was some heavy trading in mid February (several million) and now they appear to be dead as a door nail.

There is certainly a correlation between the selling and the SEC suit filed on the 14th.

The 2/14/05 SEC federal court complaint

On the 15th the judge issued the order to freeze assets.

2/16/05: The SEC press release

I don't know why the principals weren't named in the SEC suit. I've had people e-mail me about their investment losses and I hope they will send their complaints to Miami@SEC.GOV - make sure you reference their suit against AHFI and CNDD.

I've posted the most detailed info at the AHFI summary

If you are an investor who lost money on AHFI, TWTN, CNDD, BDYS, SGNJ, please sign up for the Yahoo group at :

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/cnddStockFraud/

Steve Kirsch has done a tremendous amount of work, read his fascinating research about Tom Heysek and the junk faxers, spammers and scammers at

How Bryan Kos, Tom Heysek, Jeremy Jaynes rip people off for over $100 million without getting caught

Well, it looks like they DID get caught after all -- due to Steve Kirsch's efforts.

The question now is how many people are competing for the assets. I'm pretty sure that class actions will be filed.

These guys just filed a name change with Nevada Sec. of State. From VOIP to Mexican in food in less than a year. And an unpublicised reverse split. LOL.

I hope Bruce Thomsen looks good in pinstripes. Maybe he can make calls from his i350 phone from his cell.

Thank you very much! That sure is interesting.

TWTN -- Twister Networks, Inc. turns into -- RYNL - Reynaldos Mexican Food Company, Inc.

VOIP turns into enchilada

They changed the symbol and name on 3/5/05, but still list the http://www.twisternetworks.com site.

I did a google for Reynaldos Mexican Food and there is a real company in California at http://reynaldosmexicanfood.com/

Their website says nothing about Bruce Thomsen and Steven Dao, listed as officers on the NV corporate records for Reynaldos Mexican Food Company. There is of course a possibility that they made enough cash on the pump and dump to buy out the Garcias.

Or maybe it’s another scam like the AHFI fitness centers.

Reynaldos Mexican Food corporation in California is suspended. - that’s the Garcias’ company. Maybe they ran into tax trouble and Dao and Thomson explained to them how a quick pump and dump will solve their financial problems.

On 1/7/05, Thomsen REFUSED my mailing with the summons and complaint, despite the fact that he is listed as registered agent for Twister Networks with the California Secretary of State.

How can the president of a company refuse service when he is named as registered agent?

Note: Thomsen is still the registered agent for Twister Networks - the Cal. corporation, but the address changed to Irvine, CA.

RYNL had a 40 for 1 split and closed at .60 on Friday.

Not exactly heavy trading, but who in their right mind would buy those shares?

1.05 1000 12:42:22
1.00 1000 12:42:05
0.95 2722 12:39:42

Who are these people and why are they buying RYNL?

There must be a whole bunch of default judgments against Twister, but I’m now considering spending the $$$ to serve Dao and Thomsen personally, just to find out what the heck is going on.

The 3/9/05 press release

"... Jim Baiseri, Secretary and a Director of Twister Networks, Inc., announced today that the Company has reached an agreement, in principal, to acquire all of the stock of Reynaldo's Food Manufactuere, Inc. ..."

And, they don't expect to finalize the deal until 4/1/05.

I moved the discussion of the acquisition to a new thread.

It's been almost a month since the last update and a lot has happened, but I still don't know whether the deal closed.

I started getting anonymous threats

I filed my complaint with the Sheriff's Office and I'm dealing with the phone company regarding the traced calls.

I suspect that Joseph Garcia Jr. is the harasser I call "slimebag" until I have confirmation. He sent a fax from the Reynaldos fax machine and his threats clearly related to my publications about Twister Networks.

Reynaldos is obviously involved or they would have gotten back to me.

4/1/05 - my notice of impending press release and legal action to Reynaldos

Since they don't deny anything at all, I'm assuming I'm on the right track.

When they start promoting, I'm ready to start my counter promotions.

The Twister Networks 1/31/05 information statement is enlightening!

They're as broke as it gets. Compare the information statement to their promo videos:

5/12/04: video and audio interviews with CEO Bruce Thomsen & President Steven Dao

The broke Twister Networks acquires the broke Reynaldos
Mexican Food Company.

Why are they so upset about my publications?

Apparently, investors are supposed to fix the cash flow problems. I sure hope every potential investor reads everything posted here, has a long look at Baiseri, Shipley, Alvarez and their companies and then decides what to do with their money. I've only scratched the surface, there's a lot to look into, but I run out of time.

I'll do whatever I can to give them the publicity they deserve.

While you can usually count on a temporary increase in value due to their fraudulent promotions, it may not work this time.

The 3/9/05 press release:

3/9/05:Twister Networks Inc. Reaches Agreement in Principal to Acquire Reynaldo's Food Manufacturer Inc.

"March 9, 2005--Jim Baiseri, secretary and a director of Twister Networks Inc., announced today that the company has reached an agreement, in principal, to acquire all of the stock of Reynaldo's Food Manufacturer Inc. ..."

The 4/13/05 press release:

Reynaldo's Acquisition Completed

"Reynaldo's Mexican Food Company Inc. (Pink Sheets:RYNL) (formerly Twister Networks Inc.) announced today that the company has completed the transaction whereby the company acquired all of the stock of Reynaldo's Mexican Food Manufacturer Inc., a California corporation. As a result of the transaction, the California entity will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company and the co-founders and shareholders of the California entity, Joe Garcia and Virginia Marquez Garcia, became controlling stockholders of the company.

Concurrent therewith, the company elected new officers. Joe Garcia will serve as chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of the company. Virginia Marquez Garcia was elected secretary of the company, and Jim Baiseri, who formerly served as secretary of the company, will become vice chairman of the board. ..."

So, Twister Networks, Bruce Thomsen and Steven Dao are completely out of the picture -- it sure looks to me like Twister Networks didn't acquire anything.

There's a name for this transaction, and it's NOT acquisition.

There's one more thing to do: Change the name of the California Twister Networks corporation to Reynaldos. That way they won't have to worry about the still suspended corporation.

However, I really don't see where this is going. RYNL has barely been trading and it's way down.

Remember that they already had the 1 for 40 split in March!

Attached Image

You can see a little spike after the press release, is RYNL going to be out of business soon?

I'd really like to know what Thomsen and Dao got out of this.

I forgot to update here, recently posted at the blog about the spam and pumping:

http://junkfaxsuit.info/blog.php/fax/massi...fax_promotions/

Word on the street is that Reynaldos owes "everybody" and has refused to provide any financials whatsoever even to major investors.

I also have been told that the Jim Baiseri interview promising audited financials has been on the website for over half a year, yet nobody has seen any financials. Joe Garcia Jr. became very hostile when investors asked for info and the consensus of all who are familiar with Reynaldos is that they are in serious trouble - despite having a good product.

It's quite likely that they're getting the products into Walmarts and Costcos ONLY because they sell close to cost or maybe even less - to be able to pump RYNL and take the profits.

I'm very sorry for Joe Garcia Sr., everybody agrees that he's a good man and worked very hard to build Reynaldos from nothing. Unfortunately, his son doesn't believe in *earning* a living.
