President Dan Steer

Notice of publication, investigation and litigation

Due to the numerous unlawful stock touts I received in recent months, I decided to investigate the promoted companies and I publish my research at http://fight-back.us/forum/index.php?showforum=38 and http://junkfaxsuit.info/.

I also filed suit in Kingman, Arizona, Superior Court CV-04-915, naming numerous junk faxers for violating the TCPA

I am not an investor and I had no idea how these "pump and dump" scams work and how prevalent investment fraud is. That is why I decided to publicize my research through press releases, effectively distributing "anti stock touts" for companies such as yours, warning potential investors about your or your shareholders' illegal activities and the strong possibility of major lawsuits and possibly class actions involving your company, principals, shareholders, etc.

I'm sure you understand that I can only recommend a "STRONG SELL" if you don't respond and don't provide me with information leading to the legal identification of "Wall Street Whisper", "Undervalued Stocks", "Kung Furios Group (KFG)", "Waterfall International Ltd." (the entities named on the junk faxes) and the shareholders behind this illegal promotion.

Additionally, I will file my complaint with the SEC and request that they halt trading while investigating the illegal promotions of CTTG.

Very truly yours,

Christine Baker

I didn't know I was registering for anything, I just wanted to let them know what I'm doing.

The e-mail had the link to http://www.claremonttechnologies.com/media...Tab_Profile.pdf

Interestingly, they don't mention in their promos that they are CANADIANS and they mispresent themselves as a San Francisco company. All the signs of fraud are present.

It took a couple weeks - here is the response:

--------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Christine,

Thank you for your comments. It has also come to our attention that faxes (and emails) have been distributed recommending an investment in our Company's stock. We can assure you that we are not sending this material, nor have we approved the content of these messages or the fact that they are being distributed. Receiving these messages can legitimately infuriate individuals like yourself. They can discredit us and parties associated with us, and do expose us to negative publicity and communication with irate individuals. Further, they in no way benefit Claremont Technologies, its officers and directors or any other legitimately associated parties, as none could possibly sell any stock even if we wanted to, as all insider shares bear restrictive covenant under SEC Rule 144 and cannot be sold.

We are actively attempting to identify the parties sending these messages, as they make unauthorized use of certain web links and phone numbers associated with our company, our corporate web site, and the web site of our investment communications consultant. In addition, they expose us to harassing phone calls, emails, faxes, and litigation, all of which strains the resources we have in place to handle professional business matters.

We are sorry that you have received a fax from someone purporting to be associated with our Company, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and regret that our company has come to your attention in this manner. We do maintain a list of individuals who have contacted us with complaints similar to yours, and we assure you that we will do everything in our power to bring an end to this unauthorized activity.

My reply:

12/27/04

Dear "Investor Communications":

While I appreciate your response, it's too little too late.

My amended complaint naming Claremont Technologies and Dan Steer is posted at http://forum.creditcourt.com/discus/messages/5136/5139.html

I plan to serve Claremont and Mr. Steer next week.

You have apparently totally misunderstood my intentions. I am NOT looking to get off a fax list, I'm looking for a check for statutory damages for *3* junk faxes. I will of course also greatly appreciate your suing the promoters, notifying the SEC about the illegal promotions, etc.

It appears that you couldn't care less. At http://fight-back.us/forum/index.php?showtopic=378 I posted a few charts and it looks like about 20 million shares were traded after the 12/6 promotion.

You don't have a clue who sold?

You don't have any idea who your major shareholders are?

Why did it take you 2 weeks to respond?

Why should ANYONE invest in a company that is so incompetent?

Why don't you just pay up? You can always sue the responsible parties once you figured out who it is, in a few years or whenever you choose to care.

I'm also starting a new site dedicated to penny stock scams at http://pennystock-fraud.info and 6 other domains with similar names. I haven't had much time to work on it yet, but it's obvious that promotional stock fraud is so rampant, I'll make sure that companies like yours and their principals will be on page 1 of Google search results.

A nice example is AHFI's president Randall Rohm. http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navc...&q=randall+rohm -- the first five links lead to my sites. At this time it's questionable whether AHFI will trade again after the SEC suspension, but Mr. Rohm will definitely be exposed as the crook he is as long as my sites are up.

You can't say that I didn't take the time to explain to you what's in store for Claremont and Mr. Steer. You now have a choice:

Cooperate or continue to portray Claremont as a company run by ignorant morons.

Sincerely,

Christine
