We've talked earlier today about Archer Finance. Now I've done a little research, posted at http://fight-back.us/forum/index.php?showforum=30

Please have a look and let me know if anything is incorrect. You told me to serve your attorney for Infasource, but some of your faxes were received prior to the Infasource incorporation.

Since Leads To Results, Inc. names you as registered agent, should I serve you at the 7700 Irvine Center Dr. Ste. 220, Irvine?

I also publish http://junkfaxsuit.info/ and haven't even had a chance yet to update there. Need to finish amending my complaint for filing tomorrow, as I'll also name the mortgage brokers who purchased your leads.

What you are doing is illegal not just because of the TCPA violations, but you are violating the Cal. DRE requirements for company name and license number disclosures on all mortgage advertisements, not to mention federal and California rate, APR, etc. requirements.

You are probably aware of the Cal. AG actions against fax.com and its principals. I hope to get the AG to investigate the mortgage call centers engaging in junk faxing and spamming like you.

How much spam have I received for your sites?

Also, I'll be sending out a press release about my suit, research and the mortgage lead sales, if you have a brief statement I may be able to include it in the release.

I want every scummy mortgage broker/banker in the country to know that if I get a junk fax from their lead generator, they may just lose more business due to the negative publicity than the leads were worth. And, hopefully I can get at least some of their licenses revoked.

Oh, and I couldn't find the "lowestbills.com" you mentioned this afternoon - I must have written that down wrong, could you e-mail me the correct URL?

Dear Mr. Cerutti:

I understand that you are representing Mr. Keith Hyatt and you are the registered agent for his company Infasource, Inc.

While I haven’t had time to formally serve Mr. Hyatt, I amended my complaint and named Mr. Hyatt and his companies.

I scheduled a press release for Monday about mortgage junk faxers, including Mr. Hyatt and his unlawful activities, and I want to make sure that my publications are factual.

On 12/14/04, I sent an e-mail to Mr. Hyatt, requesting his review of my web publications as well as his comments for inclusion in the press release. Since I have not received a response, I am attaching the e-mail in case Mr. Hyatt didn’t receive it.
