This was the site I believe I initially received the advice to purchase AHFI, why are they still calling it a "strong buy" at this point???:
http://www.pennystockpro.com/home/default.asp Do you think they will resume trading? Or is it pretty much a done deal. |

I moved your posting to a new discussion topic.
I've been getting quite a bit of reader mail - so I'll summarize my responses here. I have NO idea whether they'll resume trading, but according to the current order it will after 12/29/04. "Why does the government allow this fraud?" They allow fraud much worse than this, although with all the publicity AHFI gets, we'll see. It's not nearly as important as changing credit reporting and scoring. After all, nobody HAS to invest in penny stocks, but EVERYBODY is subjected to credit reporting. Have a look at http://fight-back.us/forum/index.php?showtopic=403 - I only read the one article linked, but there are many links. Maybe you want to sign the petition to investigate the misconduct of the SEC. "Should I sell when trading resumes?" I have no idea, I'm not an investor, I'm suing for the junk faxes. I would base my decisions on the information available at the time. |

Forgot to mention, http://www.pennystockpro.com/ is part of the scam, Tom Heysek, Andrew Kline, Francis Gaskins, ....
They're all scammers and you can either go on with your life and cut your losses or INVEST THE TIME TO DO YOUR RESEARCH. Steve Kirsch explained the gruesome details for a long time: http://www.junkfax.org/fax/profiles/wsp/wsp.htm Read it!!!! Penny Stock Pro also added this notice: "Public Notice: - Posted on 16 December 2004 The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced a temporary suspension of the trading of the securities of Absolute Health & Fitness Inc. (AHFI), while certain disclosures are made. Specifically, the SEC is seeking clarification of Absolute Health's corporate status and the company's ownership of certain health and fitness facilities. We hope to have further updates regarding resolution shortly." We shall see. I also posted some info on SEC investigations and trading suspensions: http://fight-back.us/forum/index.php?showtopic=410 |

AHFI quite a story on how a Pump and dump got caught - I hope the SEC fries the insiders and the spammers. I realize that this is not necessarily a stock related site but MLON is not using spammer per se but simply just issuing preposterous after preposterous News release. I though there might be a froum for it here.
MLON.PK Take a read http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=mlon.PK&d=t and then some DD will find them linked back to phoney fiancing schemes ala the Dominion of MELCHIZEDEK I have been exposing the fraud and have been incontact with the SEC. AHFI what a sleazy one |

MLON is definitely a scam too - got 2 of their faxes.
I can't even keep up with indexing the faxes - not to mention researching and posting. Everything I look at is a scam. If a company spams and faxes, you can count on scammers. |

I think trading is suspended till midnight, and tomorrow trading can resume.
http://www.sec.gov/answers/tradingsuspension.htm "Before trading can resume for OTC stocks, SEC regulations require a broker-dealer to review information about a company before publishing a quote. If a broker-dealer does not have confidence that a company's financial statements are current and accurate, especially in light of the questions raised by the SEC, then a broker-dealer may not publish a quote for the company's stock." |

![]() Very interesting. According to an article, 3.5 million shares were traded. Who bought 3.5 million shares? There seem to be some incredibly stupid people at ADVFN. Are they really AHFI major shareholders? It hardly seems possibly that somebody would post anything so incredibly dumb. http://www.advfn.com/p.php?pid=bb_thread&c...290&thread=1552 "hey guys I bought again too thinking I will regain my losses-does that sound like a good idea any feedback is good" and "I read in one article that AHFI will go up $10 sometime in 2005. I take my risk to wait one more week. Good luck to all of us. " If these people are real, should they be allowed to drive a car? Have children? Is AHFI running a Ponzi scheme? http://home.nycap.rr.com/useless/ponzi/ "On July 26, 1920, Ponzi’s house of cards began to collapse. The Boston Post headlined a story on the front page questioning the legitimacy of Ponzi’s scheme. Later that day, the District somehow convinced to suspend taking in new investments until an auditor examined his books. (Why anyone who was doing something so highly illegal would let auditors examine his books is beyond me.) Within hours, crowds of people lined up outside Ponzi’s door demanding that they get their investment back. Ponzi obliged and assured the public that his organization was financially stable and that he could meet all obligations. He returned the money to those that requested it. By the end of the first day, he had settled nearly 1000 claims with the panicked crowd. By continuing to meet all of his obligations, the angry masses began to dwindle and public support swelled. Crowds followed Ponzi’s every move. He was urged by many to enter politics and was hailed as a hero. Loud cheers and applause were coupled with people eager to touch his hand and assure him of their confidence. And Ponzi continued to dream. ..." The only difference is that NOBODY from AHFI said that everything is ok. I haven't seen a word. I've been wondering if AHFI (and others) aren't helping their stocks along. We do have several "AHFI" corporations and really anyone with a few million could easily take shares from $.25 to a dollar or two on a slow day. But then again, at this time, with the SEC investigation - that would take a lot of guts. Maybe there really are 3.5 million shares worth of stupid people. They *may* have some recourse against their broker, but I don't think those people have the brains to figure out what to do. And I don't mean to be rude, but considering that the link to all the research here is posted several times at ADVFN .... My summons was received by Laughin Associates on 12/19/04, no such luck with Randall Rohm: "We attempted to deliver your item at 4:06 pm on December 20, 2004 in RALEIGH, NC 27615 and a notice was left. It can be redelivered or picked up at the Post Office." So now I have to decide whether to invest in a process server. I don't think AHFI will pay up. |
