In court he'll have to do better than simply deny everything.

And I suppose in the press release I'll include a paragraph such as:

"In response to Ms. Baker's request for comments to be included in this press release, Russell D. Grandy, attorney for American Home Loans, dba CBSK, stated categorically that Ms. Baker is totally wrong, misconstrued and misinterpreted his statements and that he did not want to take the time to go over each erroneous point."

Let the reader decide who is credible.
