It's unlikely that they'll pay. Maybe they'll appeal.

I just talked to the court and apparently they didn't file an appeal.

I'm the "et al" and my share is $3,000.

While Twister Networks is out of business, Bruce Thomsen ought to be good for the $3K.

You might recall that TWTN announced back in March that it was acquiring Reynaldos. Does that make Reynaldos liable too?

They'd be easier to collect from.

The name change of the NV corporation from Twister to Reynaldos

The California Twister still lists the Von Karman address, I don't think they're there anymore.

The case was filed on 3/21/05.

I decided to send a notice to the address Thomsen provides as the Cal. Twister registered agent.

According to the court, no appeal was filed and my share of the judgment is $3,000. Please advise whether you already arranged for payment with my former attorney Jaromir Kovarik or whether you wish to settle the judgment with me directly.

You will be liable for the additional fees incurred, such as the filing of the sister-state judgment in California.

Upon recording, the judgment will most likely be reported on your personal credit reports and I may also employ a collection agency to report the collection account to the credit bureaus.
