I underlined the parts I especially object to, although I find the entire agreement is not anything a pro se plaintiff should sign.

I believe they deliberately waited until the the afternoon on last day before the morning mediatian so that I wouldn't have time to actually read it.

Obviously, they're concerned with OTHER junk faxes I might have received from them and I'm sure some of my unidentified mortgage faxes are from Bridge Capital.

I responded with my 1-page settlement, Bridge Capital did NOT even acknowledge receiving it (I left a VM to confirm receipt) and apparently they worked until 8 PM to draft a motion for a telephone hearing the next morning.

The mediator reduced the settlement to 1 sentence.
